About the presenter:  James Ward – Client Share Managing Director

James’ background is in B2B buyer-supplier relationships and large enterprise sales and marketing. Now Managing Director at Client Share, he was previously a General Manager at Xerox Corp. for the Financial and Professional services sector. He’ll bring energy and a fresh perspective to sales technology, especially showing the view from your customer as to how sales technology impacts them, not just how it affects you.
