About BA (Hons) Drama, Applied Theatre and Education (DATE)
BA (Hons) Drama, Applied Theatre and Education is intended for students interested in studying and applying the practice and theory of drama and theatre within a range of social, community and educational contexts. It is one of the most well established courses in the country for such work, and our graduates lead the field in applied theatre internationally.
The Open Day is an opportunity to find out more about the course, industry placements, work experience and the vast network of BA DATE graduates working across the UK in various positions, from Teachers and Social Workers to Drama Practitioners, Writers and Directors.
This Open Day will also be relevant for attendees interested in the BA (Hons) Writing for Performance course.
Please note there is a limit of three tickets per booking (one visitor and two guests) due to the amount of attendees expected.
The Open event will start promptly at 2.00pm, please aim to arrive 10 minutes before. Any latecomers may be refused admission.
For additional queries please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note - if you wish to apply for BA (Hons) Acting, this event will not provide you with information on your course of interest and no staff or students will be around to talk to you about this area of study. All students applying for BA (Hons) Acting will be invited to an audition; the audition doubles up as an Open Day.
