Their car seat is the most important piece of safety equipment you will buy for your child. During the first 12 years or life children need around three or four car seats as they grow, yet there is very little information provided to parents. And this leads to many car seats not being used correctly.
Car seats are not as straightforward as you might think, there are many different seats with different features and weight and height limits, and it can be confusing to work out what it all means and which type of seat is best for you and your child.
I have 12 years' experience as a car seat retailer, advisor and trainer and would like to share my knowledge with you. This two hour session will give you information on the law, which types of car seats are available and their installation methods, how to avoid common mistakes, etc. I will have a selection of car seats available for me to demonstrate to you and for you to practice on.

- I am also a birth doula and may be on call on the day of your car seat course. If I have to attend a birth on your course date, I will aim to reschedule within a week.
