Baby and Me (0 - 4 months) - 10 Week Course

The baby course consists of 10 sessions:

· Weeks 1-3 – Sensory Play

· Weeks 4-6 – Grobrain

• Bonding and Brain Development

• ‘Tuning In’ to Baby Cries and Signals

• Communication and Play

• Stress Management for Parents

• Paediatric First Aid

· Weeks 7-10 - Infant Massage

• Feet and legs

• Tummy and colic massage

• Face massage

• Chest and back.
