These new sessions are specially designed for babies under 18 months old and their families.
Enjoy your little one’s very first visit to see Santa, take photos, and make special memories together as a family – and of course come home with a quality present.
The room will be filled with joyful sensory play – things to squeeze, stack, pull, touch and explore in our tactile winter wonderland – while families come up one by one to see Santa in his grotto.
There are three arrival slots every hour – please arrive at any time during your 20-minute arrival slot and you will be taken to the playroom. During this time, our elves have lined up special festive sensory play to keep babies busy, while families come up in turn to meet Santa in his grotto. After seeing Santa, you’re welcome to return to the playroom and stop as long as you like.
Be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
These sessions are specially designed for babies under 18 months old. If you also have an older child we recommend booking onto a Santa's Workshop session.
Please note: You will need to purchase at least one adult ticket with your baby ticket.
