Baby Massage Course for Parents - Four full sessions
Come join us at Shirley Heath Primary School - Family Hub for a relaxing session of Baby Massage! Learn techniques to soothe your little one and bond through touch.
These sessions are perfect for babies that are 6 weeks to 5 months old.
Our experienced instructors will guide you on how to massage your baby safely and effectively. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents and share tips and experiences.

All resources will be provided, all that we ask is that you can bring a blanket for little one and a cushion for yourself.
We are a support charity for expecting and new parents - so we offer additonal support alongside our sessions please see the support available should you need it.
Course session dates for you to attend are:
Session 1 Tuesday 30th Sept - Massage
Session 2 Tuesday 7th Oct - Massage
Session 3 Tuesday 14th Oct - Massage
Session 4 Tuesday 21st Oct - Massage
You will recieve your oil and handouts to continue your massage journey at home.
We ask you to bring a cushion and blanket for baby.
There is Limited Parking at this Venue so we are asking you park on Coombe Road.
Please arrive at 10.25am due to accessing the building.
We also invite Maternity Neonatal Voices Partnership to session 3/4 to talk to parents about their experiences if you wish too.
