My baby is breastfed. Can mum join in?

Mums are always welcome. However, this is a Dad and Baby event, so mum cannot take part in the class. I will have some teas coffee and snacks should mum wish to stay for the whole class. There is also a fabulous coffee shop with yummy cakes a 2 minute walk away.

Where is the class held?

Dockland settlements Centre is on the the Isle of Dogs E14. We are a 2 minute walk from Island Gardens DLR, next to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel and a short bus ride from Canary Wharf (connecting via Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and DLR).

What if my baby wants to feed or sleep during the class? What if he cries?

Your baby will probably do all of those things during the class and that is absolutely fine and to be expected! When working with babies, we take everything in out stride. There will be plenty of handouts after class so you won't miss out.

What massage techniques will we learn?

We will cover a variety of techniques from tummy, back, teething and blocked noses. The actual agenda will vary from class to class depending on what the dads want to learn.
