What is the course about?
This course will teach you how to massage your baby from their head to their toes. Baby massage can help promote bonding, relaxation, and communication between parents/carers and babies.
Who will run the course?
Xeni, our friendly Torridge Project Manager who is a fully qualified baby massage instructor, breastfeeding counsellor (CLSP), emergency and peadiatric first aider, and mental health first aider.
What? When? Where?
The course will run at the Torrington Community Hospital on Calf Street.
This is a 4 WEEK COURSE and will take place on Wednesday afternoons, 12.30-1.30pm over 4 weeks from10th September to 1st October 2025. Please only book a place if you are free to attend all four sessions.
Important information
You will receive a google booking form to your email before the course begins. This needs to be returned within 48 hours to confirm your space. Your space is NOT confirmed without submitting the form and your place will be offered to someone else. Our courses are very popular and places are limited.
Please only book if you intend on attending the full course. Having an empty space for all or the majority of the course is a waste of resources and means someone else will have missed out. Please note babies must be at least 8 weeks old and at least 48 hours post-vaccination.
