Description
The beauty of Yoga is that it benefits children of every age group. Our sessions focus on babies between 8 weeks - rolling. We balance relaxation with stretching sequences thus improving babies balance and co-ordination, stimulating their senses and encouraging brain development through cross lateral movements. The session helps strengthen the Mother-baby bond through fun interactions and we incorporate songs and rhymes that are co-ordinated with movements and there are a few moves for Mum too.
Sessions last approximately an hour with time for parents and carers to have a natter at the end as well as browsing our book collections.
Please note: Babies should be a minimum of 8 weeks old and have had their G.P. check at start of classes. One order per child.
Due to space restrictions we can only accommodate parent and child at classes.
