The beauty of Yoga is that it benefits children of every age group. Our sessions focus on babies between 8 weeks 10 months. We balance relaxation with stretching sequences thus improving babies balance and co-ordination, stimulating their senses and encouraging brain development through cross lateral movements. The session helps strengthen the Mother-baby bond through fun interactions and we incorporate songs and rhymes that are co-ordinated with movements and there are a few moves for Mum too.
Sessions last approximately an hour with time for parents and carers to have a cup of tea and a natter at the end as well as browsing our book collection.
Please note: Babies should be a minimum of 8 weeks old at start of classes.
