CLASS RUNS x6 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS 30th September till 7th November, every Friday. The ticket covers entry to all 6 classes.
This carer and baby fitness & dance class is designed to help parents get back into shape whilst allowing bonding time for your baby and you, a workout and learning a short dance routine. The classes involve:
*Exercises holding and supporting baby in a variety of ways to improve muscle tone, strength and core stability which focuses on arms, core, backs and legs
*Using a baby carrier to dance with baby and ballet/yoga inspired exercises
. The relaxing nature of the class and essential bonding promotes mental wellbeing for all (important in combating the baby blues) and it allows babies to explore, have fun, bond and promotes tummy time. Age 2-12 months.
If your baby is 12months+ please email firstname.lastname@example.org, if I have enough people interested I can add a class @ TML 11.30am-12.30pm for bigger babies focusing on mainly standing exercises and dance in slings/carrier.

- Each class is 1 hr in length and includes 15 mins settling in/social time.
Class time 12.30-1.30pm.
Please bring an exercise mat if you have one, blanket for baby to lie on and any recommended baby carrier below...

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Gedling operates FREE 2hrs parking in all car parks. I recommend parking next to or opposite ASDA and walking 5min walk as thee are more spaces there or park in Wilkos.

What is the refund policy?
The fee includes all 6 classes, refunds are not issued for any classes you miss. However if a class is cancelled by myself or the venue due to sickness for example we will add another week at the end or issue 1 week refund whichever suits you better.
