Sunday 14th May 10-12pm
Join Charlie Andrews and Charlotte for a dynamic flow, building heat in the body to begin exploring some fun back bends. We will concentrate on safe alignment by lots of props so we can get that beautiful back bend buzz. This will be follow with a guided meditation and long savasana. This practice will be suitable and modifiable to all levels.
After we will sit down and enjoy a light brunch and some yummy smoothies.
