Back Carries with a Woven Wrap - Fancy Finishes
Do you have a long wrap and want to learn some "fancy" finishes to stop those tails dragging or tripping you up when you're back carrying? Do you just want to have some fun with other people who love wrapping and geek out?
This is the workshop for you :)
We're going to look at a few different carries but they won't be the focus of the session, the focus is on the finishes.
Double hammock carry - it's a great carry and can be finished lots of different ways
Ruck - tons of different ways to finish this which is great if you only have a base size wrap!
Back wrap cross carry (good for seat poppers)
Finishes (dependent on carry and heavily dependent on how quickly the group learn!)
Tied Tibetan (knotless and with a knot)
Candy cane chest belt
Ring finishes (single, double etc)
Rachael's Half-Taiwanese back carry (potentially!)
This session is not an introduction to back carrying with a woven wrap, as such it is assumed you will know how to get your baby on to your back safely already; if you don't then we do offer a beginners back carrying workshop, please contact us for details by e-mailing us firstname.lastname@example.org
We're going to have some fun with this session! I'm going to post different finishes on the lead up to the "event"; we're going to have a wrapping challenge on the day, too; just for fun!
Please note that workshops cost £7.50 via PayPal (family and friends), please to email@example.com or bank transfer (please contact us for details) and payment is requested on booking to confirm your place (this is not a free event).
Note: if you have your own rings, please do bring them along.
