Back carrying in a woven wrap workshop
Event Information
Description
Back carrying in a woven wrap
This workshop is aimed at beginners on back carrying in and those self-taught that wish to improve their technique. We focus on the foundations of back carrying in a woven wrap.
We learn about safely putting baby on our back and getting baby back down again. We may learn different techniques depending on the age of the baby/child and the developmental stage. We use demo dolls through most of the wotkshop to help you build up your confidence and muscle memory. Once you feel confident we may move onto a back carry with your child/baby
The minimum age for this workshop is 12 weeks, and the ideal age is around 22 weeks and older babies are also welcome.
For those that are new to woven wraps we also offer an "Introduction to woven wraps workshop" where we go through the basics; the positioning, the jargon, the sizes, blends, caring and tightening techniques for a FWCC. On this workshop a minimum knowledge will be assumed.
With our current promotion of book one get one free, you can book onto one workshop and attend another workshop completely free, or if you prefer, invite a friend.
Spaces are limited so please book on to avoid disappointment. There will be a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 5.
