Would you like to learn how to safely and comfortably carry your child on your back using a buckle carrier? Then this is the workshop for you!
**Booking is essential**
We will look at safety and positioning while back carrying, and different methods to get your child on to your back. There are demo dolls for you to practise with to feel confident before attempting alone or with your own child.
Feel free to bring your own carrier or we have plenty to play with and borrow!
Please note - for this workshop it recommended that you have experience in carrying your baby on your front, and that your child has good head control and can sit unaided (usually between at least 4-6 months of age).
There are plenty of toys for toddlers.
The cost for this workshop is £10 for one family (you can redeem this against a hire if you need one).
About the Meeting House
There is a free car park available and it is a short walk from Kings Norton train station and multiple bus routes. The gates are slightly hidden, but are right opposite Savers on the high street. When you arrive, go around to the side door and you'll find us!
