Description

Muscular inefficiency is the primary cause of low back pain. Tightness in muscles is responsible for 80% of all back pain. Acute back pain is often followed by a locking up of muscles which support the spine and hips, a reaction of the body to pain. Though back-focused yoga sequences, we learn to gently stretch and release muscle tension, strengthen the core muscles which support the back and mobilise the spine and hips.

This workshop will teach you ten key poses to do each day to relieve lower back pain and ease stress and pain through mindfulness.

Morgan is trained in Yoga for Back Pain and Mindfulness through BodhiYoga International.
