Suitable for complete beginners or those of you who might have missed out on mastering some foundation moves and want to perfect your pole basics, including climbing and inversions. No previous dance or fitness experience is needed, nor upper body strength as we will teach you that along the way. You'll have so much fun learning that you'll forget you are doing a full body workout.
As well as mastering all the basic pole moves and spins, you'll spend the course working on a small group routine so you can show off how all your moves flow together.
Classes will be 1 hour in duration and taught by Contours Pole and Factory Fitness Instructor Emily Ford and there will never be more than two per pole.
Please wear or bring shorts, water and a small towel. Do not moisturise your legs before your lesson and remove rings and larger items of jewellery before your class. Heels are welcome if you wish.
