Our speaker is Johan Taffetsauffer, the director of Elijah Consult Ltd.

Having started with a strong trade background, Johan had the opportunity to immerse myself in various facets of construction, working with regional contractors, national main contractors, clients, and developers. Over the past decade, he has had the privilege of spearheading multi-million-pound projects for esteemed main contractors and clients, which has not only broadened his expertise but also refined his ability to deliver excellence in every endeavor. He has had the opportunity to craft project programs across diverse sectors, with values reaching up to £350 million. His responsibilities encompass everything from tender programming and bid writing to programme management of live schemes and meticulous delay analysis.
