Description
In these interactive nutrition workshops you will learn the skills that will lead to healthy eating without feeling deprived.
This course focuses on eating habits where fat loss comes naturally as a result of acceptance of what is 'normal'.
You will also have open discussions about how to get the best from your relationship with two very important food groups, sugars and fats.
Workshop 1 (16/4/18, 11/4/18, 19/4/18 and 10/5/18) will focus on: Motivation, Sugar and Physical Activity
What motivates us to make the decisions about our food choices? What is sugar and how it works. Caveman vs 21st century man:physical activity then and now.
Workshop 2 (23/4/18, 18/4/18, 26/4/18 and 17/5/18) will focus on Psychology of eating, Fats and Understanding Food Labels
Get your fats right, why do we eat what we eat? Knowing what you are eating from processed foods: breaking down the labels.
Workshop 3 (30/4/18, 2/5/18, 1/5/18 and 24/5/18) will focus on Energy Balance, Weight Maintenance and Optimum Nutrition
Living life in the right balance of having a healthy relationship between nutrition, and mental and physical activity. How to get long term results effortlessly.
Workshops can be done individually (£32.93) but it is recommended that you attend all three (£78.20) to take full advantage of the course.

Christopher has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years with a keen interest in nutrition and movement biomechanics. He has helped people from all walks of life and his specialism in neuromuscular rehabilitation.
