Join us for a special September lunch and learn session, "Back to School - Supporting Parents and Carers in the Workplace," facilitated by Emma Wynne. This event is designed to address the diverse challenges parents and carers face as their children embark on new academic journeys, from those starting school for the first time to those sending their children off to university.
Employers that support parents and carers will reap the benefits in terms of an engaged team, who feel valued and supported and in return to a great job.
In this session we will cover:
1. Transitioning to School
Explore strategies to support parents with children starting school for the first time. Addressing anxiety and managing the emotional transition, alongside changes in demands on time.
2. Empty Nest Syndrome
Discuss the unique challenges faced by parents whose children have moved away for university. Learn coping mechanisms and ways to maintain connection.
3. Balancing Work and Parenting
Gain insights into maintaining work-life balance during times of change. Discover tools for effective time management and self-care.

Each month we cover a different topic, based on feedback from our clients, and it is a combination of a taught session from one of the training or HR team and then time for questions and a hot seat. We ask for questions in advance, but they can also be asked on the day.
The sessions are delivered online so our clients from all over the UK can join us and can take part whilst eating their lunch should you wish!
* Outsourced, Stand-Alone Heroes and Peace of Mind clients.
