Back to the Self is a 3-hour immersive journey designed to guide you back to your most authentic self—the one beneath the layers of trauma, conditioning, and survival patterns you’ve carried through life.
Unlike workshops focused on concepts and techniques, this is an embodied, emotional process. You’ll move through rituals and practices that don’t just teach you about yourself but allow you to feel and experience who you truly are.
This workshop is ideal if:
- You’re curious about therapy and want to explore what the inner process might look like for you, or you’re already in therapy and want to discover new layers of yourself to bring into your sessions
- You’re looking to work on yourself and understand some of your inner blockages
- You feel disconnected from your body and want to rebuild a sense of presence and safety within it
- You’ve been carrying emotional weight and are ready for a space to release it
- You’re searching for a deeper sense of authenticity and alignment in your life
- You want to experience transformation in a safe, intimate, and supportive group setting
In this small, cozy group, you’ll be invited to release the weight of what you’ve been holding, meet silenced parts of yourself, and reclaim a deep sense of home in your body. Expect to leave changed.
