Description

This workshop will help you find balance between letting go and the effort placed into a backbend. It's hard to know in a faster vinyasa class just how far to push in these difficult and challenging poses. Working through a variety of safe and more challenging modifications, the workshop will consist of a sequence to help lengthen the front body and upper back in order to release the lower back, side and shoulders. Working from the bottom up we shall look at how to create stability in the spine from great support from the legs and core.
