There are plenty of property deals out there where you can add significant value through paper and legal work if only you know how to spot the opportunity and how to exploit it.
At this months Baker Street Property Meet, Tues 25th October, we will focus on the following 2 ways of adding value:
1. Leasehold properties where the length of lease remaining is less than 80 years
2. Freehold properties comprising multiple dwellings or with land where title splitting will add value. The principle here is that the sum of the parts is often worth more than the whole.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds. If you discover that you can not make it, see if you can find someone else that wants the ticket. Or email us so we can transfer it to a future meeting. No swapping the ticket for a future meeting within 24 hours of the start of the meeting. There is not enough time to fill the seat and deal with the logistics. Sorry.
