This is a class for anyone who loves to bake and for those who think they can't. You'll certainly go away believing you can.
It will be a fun filled day where you will be hands on learning how to bake bread, biscuits, cakes, pastry and where you'll be introduced to the world of patisserie.
By the end of the day you'll be able to make:
Soda bread, roasted tomato tartlets, delicious brownies, biscotti biscuits and watch a demonstration of chocolate macaroons filled with chcolate ganache.
Lunch with wine will be served and you'll get to take home all your creations with a recipe folder.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
16 years and above is recommended. However, anyone 12-15 years can come with an adult.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The location is walking distance from Buckhurst Hill and Roding Valley tube station. There is parking outside with no parking restrictions.
What can I bring into the event?
Aprons will be provided for the day, however you are welcome to wear your own.
You can bring some tubs/tins for your bakes, however boxes are available.

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately I am unable to offer a refund, however you could pass the ticket onto someone you know if you are unable to make it.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, I will have a list of who I am expecting to the class.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
This is fine as long as I know in advance.
