And this class takes place at the incredibly convenient Koko Studio, located right next to Glasgow Central Station—perfect for a quick yoga session during your busy day!
In this 60-minute class, we start with dynamic poses to warm the body, boost metabolism, and help bring your body back to its natural healthy weight. Warming up also strengthens your immune system, making your body more resilient.
In the second half, we’ll focus on deep stretching to release all the accumulated stress and tension from the week. Then we’ll finish with a lymphatic self-massage around the neck and shoulders to encourage detoxification.
Each week, we’ll target a different area of the body with deep stretches to help you feel lighter and refreshed!
