We use candle lights, aroma oils, bolsters, cushions, straps - everything possible to make you feel like if you are welcomed and looked after.

Balance it! Yoga course - is a chakra (electro magnetic centres in your body) based 6 weeks yoga course designed to examine, tune and balance your main energy centres. The course will challenge you and bring out various emotions based on your life's experiences and will help you to identify what you need to focus on. Be prepared to step out of your zone of comfort!
We use a fusion of Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga as a base for each class, and include Kundalini and Tantra yoga meditations and various breathing techniques.
