Improve your handicap with a 6-week course in Yoga, meditation, and mindset

How long have you been stuck with the same handicap? Have you tried everything you can think of yet nothing is working?  If so, you sound like David.  When David first came to me he had no experience of Yoga at all, he has since improved his handicap by 7!  

The 6 Week course focuses on 

  • Swing and Body connection 

  • Flex & stretch 

  • Strength & Conditioning 

  • Balance & Symmetry 

  • Posture &Core 

  • Mindset and meditation techniques 

Relax in the company of other golfers 

These classes have evolved from the amazing improvements the clients who play golf have experienced. They frequently tell me  how much their game has improved. Some were really very unlikely candidates for yoga, but as word spread, I had more and more enquiries I am now offering a 6-week introduction course that focuses on the exact
