Event description

Description

This Documentary is a result of UN Empower Women Champ 2016 Project.

Featuring 11 women from different industries within STEM (science.engineering.technology.math), they break the stereotypes associated with women in STEM and come across as inspirational role models talking about the path they have carved for themselves and how their employees, support networks and themselves helped them reach the positions they are in and aspire to be in.

Featuring women from

  • IBM
  • Facebook
  • Mayor of London's Office
  • University of Greenwich
  • Digital Mums and more

These women teach us how if you wanted, you too could run a £7 million pound budget set by the Mayor working your way up, or work in the gaming industry after being home-schooled for 13 years in different parts of the world.

The 20 minute screening will be followed by a panel discussion from some influential women in the STEM industry and networking.

Special thanks to IBM for hosting the screening of the documentary
