About this event
Over 90 minutes, you will be guided through a series of meditations, breathing techniques & yin asana to help you relax deeply into your embodiment, bring your whole system back into balance and restore harmony in your body, mind & spirit
Find peace & tranquillity from within.
The class will be held from 7.30pm to 9pm NZDT online via Zoom!
Wear something comfy that is easy to move in.
Get yourself set up with a yoga mat, blankets, a cushion as well as pillows and some books to use if you don't have a bolster & blocks. Whatever you have and need for a relaxing practice!
Music:
I love playing yin music along with my classes! For these Zoom classes, if you'd like, you can play music at a low volume (so you can hear me) on a separate speaker to your phone or computer.
