Experience an energising morning of dance and body conditioning with an emphasis on enjoyment. This non-syllabus ballet class focuses on developing classical ballet technique and artistry, and has live piano accompaniment. It will include barre and centre exercises, and travelling enchainment.
This is followed by a mat-based Pilates class aimed at improving core strength and posture. Focusing on deep breathing and the mind-body connection, this is a great way to increase your fitness and to learn new skills.
Both sessions are taught by BASI Qualified Pilates Instructor and RAD teacher Vanessa Headland, and are suitable for adults aged 18 and over with some dance experience.
