Come along and experience the world of Ballet Barre and Pilates in a fun and informative two hour Workshop.
You will discover the many benefits that can be gained from these amazing workouts and how to get the most from every class you attend.
An introduction to fundamental Ballet movements and the origins of Pilates training will be followed by classes suitable for all levels of ability.
Whether you are completely new to these classes or you have been doing them for a while and feel that you would like to learn more about the techniques, this workshop aims to inspire and encourage you to make them a part of your fitness regime.
