Ballet is a great way to get fit as it works every muscle in the body and helps to create long, lean lines rather than bulking the body. It is perfect for helping you lose yourself for an hour or more. You will be so busy thinking about where everything on your body is, you’ll not have a moment to think about the cares of the day! Your session will introduce you to Ballet in a fun and gentle way. NO experience necessary – or tutus! Just a willingness to have fun, and your finest socks will do!
