Do I have to be good at dancing to attend?

Absolutely not! These sessions are designed so that anyone can pick up the moves at their own pace. The mantra is: 'when you move, you improve' and 'you do you'

Do I have to be super fit to attend?

Absolutely not! You can go at your own pace and you are the best judge of what you can and can't do. You can do as much or as little as feels right for you.

How much space do I need to do the moves?

Aboout the size of a yoga mat is plenty. But you don't need one to take part! No need to push back the sofa, but you may want to clear some things off the floor!

What sort of broadband connection do I need?

You'll need a good one as you will be watching pre-recorded videos via Zoom. You will be sent some tech advice once you sign up.

I'm a bit worried about talking about emotions in a group. Can you reassure me?

This will be a warm friendly and empowering group. The facilitator has many years experience running groups and is great at making people feel at home. You only need to contribute what feels comfortable to you. This is a light touch wellbeing class, not a deep dive!
