Baltic Shop Creates: Wood Block Printing

Saturday 8 June 2024 | 12.30pm – 4pm

In this hands-on workshop, you will be guided through the process – designing an image, transferring your image onto the block, carving your design using specialist tools, and printing your image by hand.

Suitable for beginners as well as those looking to learn a new printmaking technique or who want a process refresher.

Shiori Naruse is founder of design label Naruse Design. Shiori is based in the North East of England and her work utilises both traditional and modern techniques inspired by the outdoors.
