Event description

Description

Only 1 in13 BAME workers are in management positions. Despite any progression on gender diversity, there is no evidence of a BAME woman on a FTSE 100 board.

Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women have high aspirations of career progression and making a difference.

This Roundtable is designed to bring BAME women leaders together in a space to inspire courageous conversation, for shared experience, coaching and insight.

The courageous conversation will include:

  • Identity - Impact, Under representation, Leadership Identity
  • Intersectionality - Overlapping multiple identities, such as race and gender, age, sexuality or disability and social background.
  • Achieving a Diverse & Inclusive workforce
  • Leadership values and behaviours

Further, according to The McGregor-Smith Review into Race in the Workplace, if BAME talent is fully utilised, the UK economy could receive a £24bn boost each year.

Join the conversatsion and make your difference.
