Notice

MFGF Events have organised several successful events over the last three years and the team here have been overwhelmed by the support received by everyone.

For 2017 we’ve had to review our pricing structure to enable us to continue organising these events to the same high standards, for you, our customers to enjoy. This review has resulted in increases too both the ticket and token prices. No, not Brexit, it’s something we knew we would have to do but wanted to hold off as long as possible. Increasing our prices is not a decision that we have taken lightly as we are conscious about staying as reasonably priced as possible. We have spent many hours mulling over how we should do this and how we can keep the effects to you, the customer, to a minimum.

What we are doing is not a mass market event and we like to deal with small boutique producers but at the end of the day, this results in the end product being more expensive. We are absolute believers in buying locally if possible and supporting family run businesses. This gives us quality products and our uniqueness that we hope you all enjoy. We continually seek out different drinks that are not widely available. Despite trying to keep hold of these rising costs over the past year, going forward we can no longer absorb them ourselves.

Thank you for your support so far as we have grown and developed and we hope you will continue to support us on our journey with 2017 events starting on 10th and 11th February with Beer@theBarn .

Other events we have in the pipeline are Lochter Beer @ the Barn (April), Castle Fraser Steam Engine Rally (June), Banchory Summer Festival (August) and Inverurie Beer Festival (September). Watch out for other pop-up events throughout the year.
