EVENT REGISTRATION AND CALL FOR PAPERS

We are delighted to inform you that following our decision to cancel the BANEA 2021 conference which was due to be held at Bournemouth University in January 2021 we have decided to run a virtual event from 3rd to 5th March instead. The keynote lecture will be addressing the theme ‘Decolonising Archaeology: Diversity and inclusivity’ and we welcome papers from across the spectrum of Near Eastern Archaeology.

While the deadline for abstract submission has passed, registration remains open. There is is no charge to attend the event itself, we ask that all delegates are BANEA members, details on how to join BANEA can be found here. This online event may be recorded. For details in respect of any recording and how it will be made available, please contact the organiser.
