Cookery school

Ever made your own sausages from scratch? Not many people have, it’s really fun and we’ll show you how. Along with this we will be sharing our secret to the perfect mash potato, smooth and creamy and ever so moreish. Before you know it this will be your signature dish and your friends and family will love you for it!

Then it’s over to our kitchen table, where you can savour the results along with well earned glass of wine or local ale.

Course includes:

  • Arrive at 6pm for course introduction
  • The session starts with what makes a good banger and then off to the kitchen to make a pork and sage sausage and a black pudding sausage
  • We’ll show you how to make the perfect partners for your sausages, creamy mash potato, and onion gravy
  • Tuck into a supper of bangers and mash made by you and served with a glass of local ale or wine
  • Course comes to a close at 9pm

To take home: sausages from the evening and course recipes and notes
