A rare opportunity to engage with the South West Agency for the Bank of England who collate data on the economic viability for the Economic Monetary Committee who set interest rates.
This event is open to Chamber members and non-members, by special invitation at the discretion of the Chamber.
The event is chaired by the Chamber Vice President, Philip Byers, with the Bank of England giving an overview of the current economy followed by an open discussion held over lunch of the economic (and other) challenges and successes of businesses represented.
Please note: this event is wholly paid for by the Bank of England and as such, the Chamber strives to provide them with a cross-section of industry/market sectors attendees to maximise the benefit of the event. Therefore, to avoid duplication, we invite you to register your interest and the Chamber will then confirm whether you have a seat or not based on a first come, first served basis for the different sectors. To ensure an even spread of industries represented, usually only one attendee form each organisation will be possible per business due to the limited numbers. Members and Non Members welcome to register, however priority will be given to Members at the meeting chair's discretion.
To register your interest, please provide your details and then the Chamber will contact you to discuss the event in more depth and confirm if your application has been successful.
NOTE: Registrations of interest close on Friday 8 November to enable confirmation of tickets. Notification of successful applicants will by Thursday 10 November 2016.
