With her rich culinary background, she is passionate about sharing her bao bun-making expertise through this unique workshop in Edinburgh.
At the end of the session, you'll take home a detailed recipe and some key ingredients so you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.Vegan and halal options are available, and the workshop is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all. Chef May Ling is fluent in English, Malay, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to share not only the techniques of bao bun making but also insights into Asian food culture.
