Our Community Drop In is hosted and facilitated by BAPAM GP, Dr Pippa Wheble, who specialises in performance and mental health and is also a violinist and singer.

Veronika is a flute player at the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, a yoga teacher for musicians, and a passionate performance wellbeing advocate. She completed her first yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2018 and has been teaching and further educating herself on this subject ever since. She’s delivered Musicians’ Yoga sessions for the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, and Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
A 30-minute Musicians’ Yoga practice offering a space to slow down, find calm and relaxation as well as practical techniques and postures to help manage stress and anxiety on and off stage.
A yoga mat is welcomed but not necessary. Please, have a chair or something to sit on at hand as well as a little bit of space to move around you.
