Description

Barbell training underpins the core of all resistance training, and lifting with solid form is imperitive. Join us at One Performance UK for 6 x 90min sessions under OPUK Senior Coach Jonathan Francis and get the fundamentals nailed. This course also serves as a brilliant foundation to learning olympic weightlifting, as mastering the barbell movements are a must before moving to the clean & jerk and the snatch.

Learning appropriate techniques will not only make your lifting safer, but ultimately lead to greater loads being shifted and a marked improvement in performance. All abilities welcome
