Description

Barefoot is good for your running, regardless if you are a complete newbie or a convert. Once a week for 30 minutes you will find your foot speed increases, your injuries reduce and overall posture improve. You DO NOT need to prepare or read anything. I began with 50m x10 repeats 20 years ago!
Give it a go:) we meet outside the Spanish city then off we go, if the tide is too high we will do some barefoot running drills on the Northern Prom!
