About this Event
You might have seen me, during lockdown, running up and down the beach in my feet. I run a lot and this is a great and simple practice to improve your running and overall strength. It's fun, you can splash in the sea, walk a bit, jog, run flat out, walk or run over the stones, try some soft sand running etc. It is play time for runners.
Barefoot is good for your running, regardless if you are a complete newbie or a convert. Once a week for 30 minutes you will find your foot speed increases, your injuries reduce and overall posture improve. You DO NOT need to prepare or read anything. I began with 50m x10 repeats 20 years ago! Give it a go:) we meet outside the Spanish city then off we go, if the tide is too high we will do some barefoot running drills on the Northern Prom!
