Venue and directions
Barema is very grateful to B.Braun for hosting the meeting in their business centre at their UK Headquarters in Chapeltown, near Sheffield.
Driving - satnav warning!
The venue is found at the far end of Brookdale Road, just off Jct.35a of the M1.
If you are using a satnav, please note that the postcode S35 2PW (the address for B.Braun's headquarters) will not take you to the right place! Please also note that the meeting will not be at B.Braun's Technical Services which is is located nearby (on Chambers Road).
To avoid problems of navigation then an alternative is to get the train to Chapeltown station. This is a five minute taxi ride from the venue. Local taxi firms include:

The Whitley Hall Hotel (a 10 minute drive from B.Braun) is offering a reduced rate for those attending the Barema meeting. To book at the reduced rate:
- Phone reservations on 0114 245 4444 (select option 1)
- Quote the Barema meeting and ask to book at the BBraun rate of £82.50 B&B
Please note that there are only a limited number of rooms available, and that bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Alternative hotels in the vicinity are listed below.
We will also have an informal dinner at Whitley Hall the night before the meeting for anyone staying over, at the hotel or elsewhere. Please indicate if you are joining us for dinner please indicate when registering.

Dinner (previous evening)
Any Barema members staying overnight 12-13th October are welcome to join us for an informal meal. This will be held at 19:30 in restautant at the Whitley Hall Hotel, meeting in the bar from 19:00. Dress code is smart casual, but the restaurant has a strict rule of no hoodies, sportswear or baseball caps.
Please indicate if you will attend the dinner when you register for the meeting.
There is limited onsite parking. See map. Please indicate if you intend to park at the venue when registering. Please note that although we will do our best to accommodate everyone we cannot guarantee parking spaces will be available.
An alternative would be to travel by train - see venue and directions.
If you are not a member of Barema (i.e. you do not work for a Barema member company - see list) there is a registration fee of £60+VAT. Delegates who are not members of Barema are politely reminded that the Members' Forum and AGM is open to members only. Cancellation before 7/10/15 = 50% full cost.
Cancellation on or after 7/10/15 = 100% full cost.
