Radiant Ambitions CIC is a social enterprise dedicated to uplifting women and girls from global majority backgrounds who are driven by ambition, yet may be held back by unseen or limiting barriers.

We nurture, enrich and equip women, girls and their families to grow in courage, sharpen their skills, and pursue their dreams with boldness. Through a rich blend of personal growth, creative or innovative projects and community, we create safe and inspiring spaces for women to flourish mentally, emotionally, socially and economically. From hands-on projects to confidence-building events, every initiative is infused with a deep belief that when women and girls rise, whole communities are transformed.

About the founder

Wunmi Oyewole is the founder of Radiant Ambitions with a vision to create a world where women and girls flourish so as to make a remarkable impact with their skills, talents and passions.  Social impact and community have been at the forefront of what Wunmi has been delivering in her neighbourhood over 10 years ago, way before Radiant Ambitions was founded.

Wunmi is an award-winning entrepreneur, certified trauma-informed practitioner with a wealth of experience in operational safeguarding and child protection. She sits on the leadership team of two other social enterprises and is an ambassador for a charitable organisation driving change internationally in Nigeria.
