Mindful yoga is a great opportunity to explore a mindfulness practice through movement, breath and body sensations. The sessions will explore different aspects of mindfulness and meditation through gently stretching the body. There will be breath and guided meditation exercises and time to reflect on how the practices can relate to our daily life. Developing skills of awareness of yourself and the world around you.
No prior experience of yoga or meditation is necessary.
Please bring along a yoga mat.
Classes can be booked individually, or as a 2-week inclusive ticket.
Ali Gilling has been practising and teaching yoga and meditation for over twenty years. She has travelled extensively pursuing her own spiritual development and has facilitated holidays, retreats and workshops all over the world. Weaving mindfulness into her classes, her relaxed and encouraging manner gives students the confidence to embark on their own journey of self discovery and personal development both on and off the mat.
