Barnes Class: Yoga for Runners

Ali Gilling is an experienced yoga teacher. We are very pleased to offer this evening session to compliment our Mindfulness yoga class on Tuesdays. This class will focus on core strength, stability and particularly stretches for runners. Please don’t be put off though, if you like yoga and the intimacy of a small focussed group, this class is for you.
Also this class is good for worker bees, we cater to every body shape and size.
What to Bring
Please do bring a yoga mat if you have one (mats may be purchased in the shop).
