Antenatal Sessions 1 - 4

During the weeks we learn-

• The biomechanics of birth
• Labour Breathing
• Your birth options
• We confront our fears and stories we have heard
• We speak about Hormones and their vial role
• How to manage your anxiety
• How to create the best birthing environment
• How to care for a baby
• Breastfeeding / Bottle feeding / Combifeeding
• Birth Plan Design
• And so much more!!

There is a break for drink top-ups, chats, and refreshments in each session!

This course is suitable for first and second-time parents!
