Barnwell Sacred Sound Bath Evening

Join Harshani and Edd on Thursday 11th September 2025 for our collection of Sacred Sound and Gong Bath evenings at Barnwell Village Hall

A sound journey is an hour of deep relaxation, lying down in Heart Rest Yoga Nidra, whilst bathing in the healing vibrations of the Sacred Sounds of an Earth Gong, Tibetan Bowls, Rainstick, Shamanic Drum, Ocean Drum and Sansula are being played.

Allowing the sound to flow through you, takes you on a journey of deep relaxation, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually; helping with stress relief, fatigue, healing and clearing of negativity in our energy fields.

7 pm - 8pm Sacred Sound followed by 15 minutes for grounding and re-connecting before home

Open to all, newcomers welcome.

You will need to bring a padded Yoga/camping Mat (or something to lie on), 2 warm blankets, a pillow/cushion/yoga bolster and a bottle of water

* Important Note ~ Sound Energy vibration is NOT recommended for during pregnancy or people fitted with pace makers, or if you have epilepsy/sound induced seizures.
