What if I am running late?

Please contact Cal directly on  07902 196879. For safety and flow of the class, we won't be able to admit anyone arriving more than 10 minutes after the start time.

Can't attend or need to cancel last minute?

What should I bring?

Just yourself, a water bottle and your positive energy! Yoga mats will be provided.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable workout clothing you can move freely and sweat in. Barre involves small, controlled movements, so you won't need shoes - barefoot or grip socks work best.

Do I need to book in adavance?

Yes - spaces are limited and we expect the event to fill quickly. Please book early to secure your spot.
